Drake Davis Foundation Scholarship Application
It's time to apply for the 2025 Drake Davis Foundation Speak Up -Reach Out Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded in memory of Drake Davis. Drake died by suicide in 2006 and the Foundation was formed to create an opportunity to raise awareness and prevention of suicide. A limited number of scholarships will be awarded to graduating high

Drake died by suicide in 2006 and the Foundation was formed to create an opportunity to raise awareness and prevention of suicide. A limited number of scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors who exemplify outstanding qualities in leadership, character and community service.
qualifications are as follows:
- Student must be a graduating high school senior
- Student must plan to attend an institute of higher learning and currently be accepted.
The Following Must Be Submitted
- Completed Application including Essay on why this scholarship is important
- Official Copy of High School Transcript
- Letter of Recommendation
- Copy of College Acceptance Letter
