- Student must be a graduating high school senior
- Student must plan to attend an institute of higher learning and currently be accepted.
The Following Must Be Submitted
- Completed Application including Essay on why this scholarship is important
- Official Copy of High School Transcript
- Letter of Recommendation
- Copy of College Acceptance Letter
